  • How long does it take to complete the order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours to 5 weeks - depending on the availability of goods in the store's warehouse and the supplier's stock.



  • Can I get a VAT invoice for the purchased goods?

We issue a VAT invoice for each product we sell. At the stage of placing an order (giving the recipient's data), you should select the 'company' option and enter the NIP number.


  • Are the prices on the website current and final?


Information on the shop's website, both on product availability and prices, is regularly updated. If the price has changed at the time of order - we will inform the buyer, who will be able to decide to buy the goods or resign.

  • I am interested in other products of the brands present on the website - can I order them?

We also import products on request - please provide the name of the product, and within 2 days we will check its availability and price, about which we will immediately inform the customer.

We use the most modern mechanisms to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, which are currently available.

We send the parcels as soon as the due amount for the order is credited to our account.
