At 9design we try to ensure the best quality of products. However, if the products that you have ordered are defective, you can file a claim.

Remember! You have 2 years to file a claim.

RETURNS

The product does not meet your expectations? You can return it without cause.

Inform us about your intention to return a product:

Pack and send the product back.

Remember! You have 30 days from the date of collection to arrival of the product in our warehouse. Products made at the individual request of the Customer cannot be returned.

PACKING AND SENDING PARCELS

The sender is responsible for the proper packing and safe delivery of a parcel. The returned product sis sent at the cost of the sender.

The parcel should be addressed as follows:
